How to Install and Remove OCP 3.0 Card on Poweredge R750xs
According to the Dell official, the steps to install and remove the OCP 3.0 card on PowerEdge R750xs are as follows.

Before You Begin
Power off system and unplug, always wear ESD protection when working inside the system.
Removal Steps
1, Power - off and Disconnect: Turn off the system and all connected peripheral devices, and then disconnect the system from the power socket and peripheral devices. If the system is installed in a rack, remove it from the rack as needed.
2, Remove the System Cover: Remove the system cover according to the corresponding operation method.
3, Remove the Expansion Card Riser: For Riser 1A and Riser 1B, use a No. 2 Torx - head screwdriver to loosen the two captive screws, and then pull up the expansion card riser.
4, Remove the OCP Card: Open the blue latch to unlock the OCP card. Push the OCP card towards the rear of the system to disconnect it from the interface on the system board. Slide the OCP card out of the slot on the system.
Installation Steps
1, Install the OCP Card: If there is a filler bracket installed, remove it first. Open the blue latch on the system board, slide the OCP card into the slot on the system board, and push the OCP card until it is connected to the interface on the system board. Then close the blue latch to lock the OCP card to the system.
2, Install the Expansion Card Riser: Pull the expansion card retention latch and lift it up to open it. Hold the edge of the expansion card, align the edge connector of the expansion card with the expansion card connector on the riser, and firmly insert the edge connector of the card into the expansion card connector until the expansion card is fully seated. Rotate and close the card retainer and the side - card retainer. Push the side bracket to ensure that the latch hook fixes the riser cover.
3, Install the System Cover: Install the system cover back.
4, Re - connect and Power - on: If the system was removed from the rack before, reinstall it into the rack. Then reconnect the peripheral devices, connect the system to the power socket, and start the system.
